I'd love to do almost 20mins on the treadmill but I always get bored and quit after around 5 mins so well done!!
Endurance means that you build it up over time so next time try for 18mins, and keep working up. You could even go on a machine where great balance isn't needed.
I know it's hard to keep negative thoughts out. You doing soccer AND gym work so you're way more than enough so there's absolutely no reason to be stressed out.
Keep the positive thoughts. Tell the criticism to stay out of your head and mind it's own business because you are doing GREAT.

Who says a workout has to be long to count as something? Didn't you get a great 17-minute workout? That's awesome! You can't expect to reach your idea of perfection all the time. And sometimes, what's "perfect" in your mind isn't the same as what's ideal. I recommend that people vary their workouts a lot--that means some longer workouts and some shorter workouts. And it's also important to rest too, so it sounds to me like you did just fine.

So.. I wasn't able to do much at soccer practice today So I decided to run on the treadmill using the Sparkteens running For Endurance little workout thingy I was trying for the advanced, then figured out I prolly couldn't do that, then aimed for the intermidiate It was on a treadmill, a SKINNY one nonetheless And I have HORRIBLE balance, so after 17 minutes I quit I feel really depressed about it I know that I'm overcritical of myself, but I don't know if I can sleep well because I hoped to have a good workout today This week has really sucked for me Anyone else have this problem of close to obsession with working out? :'{
