If you are burning more than what is currently set up for you, you should update your fitness goals to reflect what you are actually burning. You can update that by going to your start page and clicking on the link that says "View/change my calories burned goal" (located underneath your trackers). Then update your fitness goals and manually entering the amount you are actually burning. Then make sure to save your changes. That will then update the rest of your program to make sure everything is set up properly for you.
Hope this helps!

1st of u shouldn't worry about the calories burnt alot and the sparks calorie is the kind of the minum you should burn in your cardio and its great that you're very active, just make sure afterwards you refuel your body with a healthy yummy meal.

Is it healthy to burn more calories than Sparks has recommended? I have tennis practice Wednesday and Friday and on average end up playing 50-60 minutes, burning at least 280 calories or so. That on top of the rest of my workouts this week have put me above my 600 calorie limit and I still have four days to go. Should I cut down on the exercises, consume more calories, or something? Any suggestions?
