the only problem with this one is my hall way is no where near big enough to do suicides.

Its what they do in conditioning and pratice you run back and forth but when you start over you run farther then you did before and back to where you started i dont know if you under stand it you can look it up if you dont get it or ask a coach at your school or something

Clear the hallway in your house and do suicides it works try doing it backwards .lay down in your bedroom floor or living room hold on to your bed or the chair and lift your legs up and down this works out your abs.when your watching tv in your room or just bored get on your bed lay down side ways and lift your legs up and down and if your gonna get something instead of walking regularly do walking lungs
