Also, don't measure your weight progress with scales, measure your waist / hips ect once a moneht, as this is what you want to lose, inches, not pounds.

well i dont excersise at home... i have an aerobic/strength training class 3rd hour. but what we do in that class is we run, step up and do a LOT of crunches. we actually did crunches twice on friday.

but i would suggest doing some step ups on the last stair to a flight of stairs. and alternate legs. if u can listen to some music while u do it too.

if u do crunches...which is suggest. make sure when u have ur arms behind ur head, that u can barely see ur elbows within the corner of ur eyes. so u have ur arms almost parallel with the floor. i would aslo suggest not doing the crunchs on a hard wood or sement floor. if u have any more questions just ask

Maybe you should more check on your body.
You are probably getting more muscles and maybe that's why the scale doesn't show less.

Are sure your eating atleast 1800 cal because sometiems when you don't eat enough calories, your body holds on to the fat. so make sure your eating healthy and enough to keep your body going.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else had this problem....
I go to the gym three times a week and eat really healthy. However, the weight just doesn't want to drop off!

So anyone else who feels this way please reply to me!
