| try flexing your muscles...it feels a bit better. I am very sore right now that I have life fit everyday...girl gym..no boy stuff like soccer, nice stuff. But yes, to make it go away you have to keep doing it or nothing will happen. It will eventually leave :) but cold water does work ;)

| the only thing to do when your muscles are sore is really to keep on doing what you normally do. If you just toughen through it your muscles will develop and be stronger.

| Yeah, we were doing can-can too. My mom said to take a bath, and I guess it helped. Any coaches?

| Ugh, I know how you feel. The other day I had practice for dance, which includes the can-can, lol. Tons of fast, high kicks. After I just stretched and iced my legs a bit, and it helped.. kinda. :/ I didn't really know what else to do.

| wow. good for you. well im no expert but ive cn it in movies they take a very cold bath. doesnt sound fun, but it may help.

| I am sooo sore right now! I had a two-hour dance rehearsal yesterday where I was jumping around and kicking and dancing like a mad-person (I am a featured dancer in Beauty & The Beast), and then today I had a two-hour gym midterm. I am feeling so, so, so, so sore. Does anyone have any advice to help my muscles feel less sore? Thanks!
