well not really my hips more my thighs i feel like they are big and just really stand out alot maybe im to hard on myself

well for me thats pretty natuaral were my body is without alot of work. But try running or doing cardio, then for abs i go on youtube and look up 8min abs i love it.Thats my big thing i do.

From the pictures i can see that you have an amazing body anyway and have nothing to worry about, i wish i had a nice and toned body like yours!! So any tips??

Looks like a great start!

I think you could probably work on some higher resistance--if you can do 3 sets of 50 repetitions, then you're really not even lifting enough weight to get something out of that exercise. If you can do it forever like that, then it's really not providing you with much benefit.

I think it's good that you incorporated more exercises like an overhead press (which is good for the shoulders), but don't neglect your other muscle groups: biceps, chest, triceps, back, etc.

alright well here is what i ended up doing today at the gym how do you think it sounds?
-4miles(2 jogging, 2 walking)
-this machine for my inner thighs(50reps 3sets)
-glute machine(30reps 2 sets on each leg)
-vertial press for arms(20reps 3 sets)
-8min abs video(on youtube)
-inner thighs video also on youtube

Those are some pretty ambitious goals. With the jogging, make sure you rest at least one day off each week.

Overall, my professional opinion is that this workout plan is really overdoing it--120 lunges? Strength training guidelines recommend 1-3 sets of about 10 repetitions for a single exercise--that's somewhere around 30 total.

Beyond that, I think it's also important that you focus on your whole body. When you only target a few muscle groups (like here, chest, abs, thighs), you can create imbalances in the body that not only look a little weird, but also set you up for injury/pain. A whole-body approach is best.

It doesn't take hundreds of repetitions of a targeted exercise to reach your goals. I suggest that you look for a more balanced approach--check out our workouts and other fitness ideas in the Fitness Resource Center to get started.

Thats what i want i know mine isnt bad but i so want to get rid of hips and tone my thighs. Here is what i was thinking if i

-jog about 2miles a day
- do my 8min abs plus then like 80 cruches to middle 40 to each side
- 40lunges on each leg and 80 to middle(if i can handle this many lunges)
- then like 80 push ups.

I wouldnt do all this all at once like in sets. like half before i run and half after.Here are a couple pics of my body now. Let me know if you think this all sounds good
