Butter-
Actually, you CAN break up one long workout into several mini workouts. Just try to make each cardio workout last at least 10 minutes, and don't forget to warm up, cool down, and stretch each time.

You'll get pretty much all of the same benefits of shorter workouts as you would with one longer one, but it's still good to build endurance by doing some long workouts when you have the time. This article will talk more about this topic.

its be better to do in contious becuase your heart rate will stay high

As in, if you have to do 30 minutes of cardio, would it be the same if you did three cardio sessions that last 10 minutes each? Or does the 30 minutes have to be continuous?
