Seriously the best way to have fun losing weight is to be totally Silly with it. Like put on your favorite songs and dance like there are ants in you're pants!

I love to get on my trampoline for about 15 minutes before I start my RopeSport DVD. It's really great you get two DVDs a 15 minute one and 30 minute one and a jump rope (I don't use it though I can't do the different jumps on the rope). They really give you a workout and your always moving. Also they burn alot of calories. So thats pretty much what I do but I do want to get some more varied workout dvds they're always fun.

well if you have the option i'd reccomend doing the classes at your gym. they're usually hella fun, and you can do like different ones whenever you want, including kickboxxxing and spinning and yoga. but if you don't belong to a gym, which is a very good investment by the way, the other two suggestions were pretttttty good too =P. personally, when i go running, i make a massive techno playlist with pumping beats and i can run for a good 3 miles.

Well, if you specifically want abs, Hip Hop abs is a great set of workouts.
There's four main workouts ranging from 45-20 minutes and theyre ALOT of fun. So i usually do at least one of those everyday and since theres four, it gives it some variety. But since ive done Hip Hop abs everyday for 4 months, sometimes i do wanna do something else so i usually go to the gym, run, play tennis, just dance around my living room for 40 minutes, or do some other workout dvd's.

But yeahhh i recommend hip hop abs. Here's the website...

I like to put on my fav. musical and dance to the music. I like to dance my own way so I still have fun burning more calories.

Everyone knows exercising isn't that exciting if you do the same routine everyday. What I do when I exercise is listen to music and when I get bored with my exercise I buy new cd's or download music. So does anyone have any ways in making exercise fun again?
