| i do Pilates for my ab workout it works great theres a great vid on utube thats 10mins long just search 10 minute soultions most people leave comments that its hard and they can really feel it i can feel it to but i dont find it hard as iv been doing Pilates for a couple of months (like windors Pilates for men lol)

You're on the right track. Cardio is key! Maybe you can work on slowly increasing your walking distance/time until you can do it for about 45 minutes or so. Keep the pace brisk so that you feel like you're working. This cardio will help your body burn fat from all over, including the belly.

okay so i started this diet like one week ago i walk just about everyday (1 1/2 miles) and sparkpeople 15 min abs workout what else can i do to get my flat tummy?
