I've read a bunch of reviews and can't seem to narrow my choice down to just one video. I'm not much of a big spender, but really want to start up pilates. I'm not looking to drop pounds. I'm mostly focused on buns and thighs and some stomach. I don't have weights or a mat or bands or any equipment. I don't want to sit for over 30 minutes doing Pilates each day.
Any ideas??
