They're both pretty important but i think the reason she says that strenght training is better for weight loss is because strenght training boosts up your metabilosm which would mean your body burns more energy but with weight training you don't burn as much cal as cardio and to lose weight your cal intake should be less than your cals burned, thats why you need both for the best results in your weight loss
