| im still not very sure. i kno i need to start exercising. . .but im in the country about an hour away from all gyms and we dont have any exercise equipment at my house and my yard is very rugged/hilly so i would have to be very carful if i decided to run. so i kinda need help getting a starting point

I've found that the more days you stay on track, the more leverage you have to help with overcoming that desire to cheat. Your motivation basically feeds on itself (no pun intended ). So, today I was surrounded by really bad goods, but I just kept remembering that I had been successfully dieting for almost a month now, why should I ruin it for some food that I would surely forget by next week-- the only thing I would remember is that I gave all of my power to a sandwich.

well im a big girl, so i lose fast. but i just gained 6 lbs so im kinda frustrated. ive gained before and it was sooo frustrating.
i excersised today though. so i think ill do better this week.
so how are u going to start out?

first off. HI NICE TO MEET YOU!!! my names ashley.
and secondly u should start thinking of this "diet" as a healthy eating plan. i used to think of it as a "diet" too. but its not. its a healthy eating plan. i know it can be hard trying to change what ur mind thinks. but as my orchestra teacher says "practice makes PERMENENT" once u start thinking like that ull see that its realy worth while to be healthy, u can enjoy life better. the world doesnt revolve around FOOD. as i dootably found out.
but id be more than happy to answer any of ur healthy eating questions. and give u ideas. idk if ur here to lose weight, but i am, and i could give u some pointers. ive been at it for a little over 3 weeks and ive lost 22lbs. it feels wonderful. i hope ur alright and things are going well.

| Im just starting this program. I heard it does wonders for you because of all the support. any tips on how to get started & stick with it? I have tried other diets before but all of them don't work because I get bored. but i have a good attitude about this!
