its this thing i do that works really fast and its easy. get on all fours and lift your leg upward(keep your knees bent)until the bottom of your foot is parallel to the ceiling. Then lower back to the starting postion. Make sure to keep your muscles tight. Repeat however many times you think is enough with both legs. I hope the insructions are clear enough.

I think those are called Bridges. The are in the lower body cardio section. I do them all the time and they really do help a lot!

I reccommed what HAGEN5690 said. Also try doing lunges I've heard they help. There's also this thing you can do, do a squat and stay with your knees bent, then rotate your hips in circles whilst clenching your bum that helps the legs and bum. Hope it helps Laura

what i used to do was do kinda backwards crunches for ur buttocks. u lay with ur knees bent and ur feet touching the floor like ur going to do a sit up. u put ur hands at ur sides and lift ur buttocks as high as it will go or as high as u think u can make it go without hurting urself. and u do that for however long u want. it should be in the excersises. idk where though.
