Sweat is not always an indicator of how hard you're working (since some people just naturally sweat more than others). So making sure your heart rate gets up into its target training zone would be a better way to measure the intensity of your workout.

it is good to sweat more,, so wearin layers is good..
but if u wonna burn fat,, light and easy exercise is good cuz u need the oxygen for it to burn... but with this it means less calories are burnt.. so

When excersing, wanting to burn more fat, is it better to sweat more or get the heart rate up higher?
