Our Teen's Guide to Fitness article will help you learn how to exercise, and how much to do. You can find it on your Start page, under the My Tools tab.

Thanks! Im going to try these later. How long would a good walk be?

If these exercises are too difficult, then start with some that are a bit easier. I recommend our Workout Generator. There, you'll find some other core (and full body exercises) that don't include crunches. Look for basic or beginning level workouts, like these ones:
teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_plan_generator_details.asp?id=21 or teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_plan_generator_details.asp?id=96
It takes a while to build up strength and endurance. But if you stick with it, you'll be glad that you did--everyone has to start somewhere.

What do u exactly mean that u couldnt do them? Did u find them too difficult? If so, you need to take small steps to build up to being able to exercise more, especially if your not used to exercising... hope everything goes well. ..x
