a gazelle is an excersising machine, thats low impact...well supposedly, but i find it makes my knees hurt worse...
i found it can get kinda repetitive...so i have to be watching something INTERESTING! when i do it...like smallville...or biggest loser...

i just got my gazelle hooked up. and i just used it for 30 mins and i LOVED it and it made my pain go AWAY!!!! im in love!!!!...not literally..lol.
i think this is a big step in my weight loss. !!!! YAY!!!!!
