| At the gym I go to, they have a TV in front of the treadmills, so you can pass the time during the big game walking instead of sitting on the couch. And I always have my iPod. A good, fats song gets my adrenaline going and gives me a boost!

| something that i've found helpfull is... instead of using a digital clock or something that doesnt show seconds, i use my ipod timer so that i can see the seconds pass. i dont know why it works so much, but instead of waiting and waiting for the next minute to pass, you can easily see how much time is left. try it out!

| Or if you have an elliptical or something like i do, you can station it infront of you're tv.
