For something to count as cardio (aerobic) exercise, it has to last for a minumum of 10 minutes. So if you danced for 10 minutes, and then did that several times per day, all that would add up to a long workout.

Is dancing around in spurts( like little instants) considered a form of exercise? bc i do it quite alot. lol. and another question how long would it take me to tone up bc i am 98 lbs. and 5 foot 3ish or 2. and i ahve recently lost a ton of weight (50 lbs.) and i am pretty sure my stomach is mostly toned but my things need some work. so if i follow a healhty eating plan and exercise for abt 30 min. each day how long will it take me to tone up?
