well i do jumping jacks. i do around 400 hundred a day. i would recomend jumping jacks over running or jogging.
i can really see a difference in my cardiovascular.

i am having a hard time i keep gaining the weight and cant get it off and i just want to know what type of exercise would help to burn a lot of fat in a short amount of time because i am always busy thank you charlotte
