Well, not all movement counts as "exercise" just because you're moving. If your heart rate is up and you're breating heavier and then you sustain that intensity for at least 10 minutes at a time, then it might count.

i was just wondering if playing outside in the snow(building a snowman, snowball fights,ect.) is considered exercise
