I'm sorry to hear about your ex-boyfriend (I hope he is an ex anyway.) and the situation you were put in. When our confidence gets shaken by the world, it is normal to look for comfort and for some people, food is where they find it.
First off from the tired stand point, be sure you are getting plenty of sleep. Teens need a lot of sleep but many times cut it short which can really add up and drain you.
Next, make sure you are eating breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. If you typically eat dinner later then you will want a snack after school as well. Your body needs constant nutrition to run efficiently and skipping meals can through things off and drop you blood sugar which can really make you tired.
Also, make sure you are skipping the simply sugars that only provide empty calories. Things like soda, lemonade or Kool Aid, pies, cakes, cookies, or candy bars. While they do provide a pick me up when you are tired, they cause your blood sugar to crash after a short time and this leaves you more tired then when you started.
Lastly, when you find that you want to eat for emotional reasons, try something else like dancing to your favorite music, writing in a journal, calling a friend on the phone to talk or going for a walk. emotional eating many times comes from the body and minds need to be engaged and active so get active in other ways and see if food becomes something you no longer are thinking about.
