Marissa,
You can break up your cardio workout into shorter segments throughout the day if that works better for you. As long as you're getting your heart rate up for at least 10 minutes at a time, you can get the same benefits as you would if you did it all at once. So maybe that would be an option?

| I honestly am running out of time to exercise. I know I am finally eating healthy enough, and that is no longer my problem with loosing weight. I know now I need to exercise more but I hardly have time to, plus its winter out so its not like I can go take a brisk jog after school. Should I eat less to make up for my lack of exercise?? I just dont know??
