| The best plan is to find someone to excersize with, it is so much easier to get out of bed if you realize someone is waiting for you somewhere (it's harder to come up with an excuse). Try seeing if there are some local walking/running groups in your area, some churches and the Y does it.

| It sounds like you're looking for a good enough reason to get up early and run lol, no worries I'd do the same. Just ask yourself why it's important, and if you want it bad enough you'll have no problem waking up a little early to go for a jog. It might help if you get into habbit of making nights a bit earlier, or maybe jogging with a friend opposed to alone. The first few days will be the hardest, but as time goes on it'll get easier. A fun get up and go song set on your alarm clock (although loud and irritating at first) can be another inspirational boost. Maybe reward yourself with a new shirt you've been eyeing for the last month if you stick to it for a week. Just little things like that
