Jo,

If you know how far you've gone and how long it took you to get there, you can figure out your speed. For instance, if it took you 10 minutes to walk 1 mile, your speed is 10 min/mile.

I would only count your walking as cardio if you are getting your heart rate up and working hard for at least 10 minutes at a time. If it's just normal walking as part of your day, it's great that you're doing it but I wouldn't really count that as exercise.

Figure out what speed I am walkin so I can add it to my cardio. I usually am walking a lot during work so they r shorter amounts of time, but goes on continuously through 7 hours.
