KRISTY- It's not very important for you to be calculating calories burned--it's more important to simply meet the general fitness recommendations (Number of workouts per week and Total minutes of those workouts).
If it is like Curves then it is mainly strength training, so if you'd like to add it to your tracker so that you know that you did it, add a "User Entered Exercise" under Strength Training, name it "Swann workout" or similar and simply track that you did the entire workout.
