Well, I think I've done good today. Someone, please tell me if I got an 'okay workout', a 'good workout', or a 'great workout.' Okay, I guess pretty much just tell me how well I did today: During school, I walked up/down the stairs between EVERY PERIOD [like i do everyday] Then after school I read a magezine for like 2 hours. Is this bad? After that I did the 6-minute butt workout on here, and the 15-minute abs workout on here. My body is burning but it feels good. (: So how did I do?
