its pretty good workout except maybe add atleast 20 min cardio in there, also if you walk up n' down stairs everyday, since your body is used to it you're probably not getting any workout out of it. thats why people always say you should change your workout routine everyonce in a while.

Well, I think I've done good today.
Someone, please tell me if I got an 'okay workout', a 'good workout', or a 'great workout.' Okay, I guess pretty much just tell me how well I did today:
During school, I walked up/down the stairs between EVERY PERIOD [like i do everyday]
Then after school I read a magezine for like 2 hours. Is this bad?
After that I did the 6-minute butt workout on here, and the 15-minute abs workout on here. My body is burning but it feels good. (:
So how did I do?
