I'm doing really good so far.
I've been drinking ton more water, sometimes I have 4 bottles of water a day, sometimes I'll have 6, sometimes I'll have 2. It kind of depends on my mood. I guess that it doesn't really matter, as long as I'm doing better. And I'll improve. My goal is to drink 4 bottles or more of water EVERY single day, with only a few mess-ups here and there.
I did exercise [i think it would be cardio ?] for about 20 or 25 minutes. Plus I've been walking around and stuff.
