be careful if your only drinking water b/c i like over hydrated myself once and they had to make me drink pedisure to get nutrients back in my body... but gooodd jobbb!!

I'm doing really good so far.

I've been drinking ton more water, sometimes I have 4 bottles of water a day, sometimes I'll have 6, sometimes I'll have 2. It kind of depends on my mood. I guess that it doesn't really matter, as long as I'm doing better. And I'll improve. My goal is to drink 4 bottles or more of water EVERY single day, with only a few mess-ups here and there.

I did exercise [i think it would be cardio ?] for about 20 or 25 minutes. Plus I've been walking around and stuff.

I'm proud of myself (:
