Hello
I am trying to get a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight to become healthier. However, I am a high school student and I am not able to get to the gym everyday and do a cardio workout. I know that cardio is very essential to weight loss. My question is, How can you achieve a cardio workout at home? On most days I am not able to go outside because i have such a hectic schedule... Any answers will be appreciated :) Thanks
