I LOVE swimming, but can't go more than twice a week because I get a horrible rash . I've got a stepper, but it creaks horribly when I use it which means that everyone knows when I'm exercising, it also means that I can't do it early in the morning without waking everyone up. Any good floor exercises? My tummy, thighs and bottom are the worst bits. I do crunches and stuff. Also, do you have any good drills for swimming, when I do go. Like- warm up 8 lengths freestyle, 4 lengths backstroke, work on backstroke technique etc?
