As the previous poster shared and the information states that they linked - your body needs over 2000 calories at a minimum if you are an athlete trying to do your best. If you are not feeding your body the nutrients that it needs then it goes into starvation mode and it will not signal hunger to you because it is conserving energy and has already learned that you will not supply energy when it is needed.
Crackers provide some energy and nutrients but near the variety and amount that you need to grow, develop, think and perform as a teen needs. Please follow your Spark plan and eat at least 3 meals and a snack each day and in a week, you will be hungry as your body starts to come out of starvation mode.

you should be eating way more then that!! especially since your an athlete and work out that much.
crackers is probabaly okay for a snack.. if you add some meat and cheese it might be okay for a lunch even. (like the crackers lunchables)
you should be getting around 1800-2100 (maybe even more since your an athlete) calories. do you track all the food you eat? and breakfast is important as it jumpstarts your metabolism (gets your energy up!). even eating a cereal protein bar or a protein shake would be better then nothing!
