COLT- It's great that you have a goal in mind-that will help you stay motivated.
My advice would be this--take a look at what you're eating. All the exercise in the world will not melt off the pounds if you're not eating right. You need to choose healthy foods, not fast food or junk food, and you need to eat the right amount--not too much and not too little.
Your SparkTeens program has done the math for you--check out your Nutrition Tracker to see your nutrition goals and work on meeting them in combination with regular fitness. Add activity to your day whenever you can. Soccer and track are great ways to stay in shape, so stick with them. When practices are over, find some other ways to fit in that fitness.
Just remember--to acheive a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle that lasts a lifetime, you'll got to work on both: healthy eating and healthy exercise.
Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions and good luck reaching your goals!
