| i also love to swim i played waterpolo and swim for many years and it helped me lose alot of weight i think swimming is one of the best ways to exercise

| SWIMMING! I'm amazed that nobody else has said that. I don't just do swimming like with friends mucking around, I do it with a club and do galas and stuff. It's great. Long distance is the best 'cos you can just swim and its like never ending and you can just swim along thinking. Or you can concentrate and push yourself really hard, so that you forget everything, all your worries vanish. I just love swimming.

| I would have to say the Curves curcuit. I love getting up and getting my exercise done there. I like the whole structured work out...makes it so much easier, and I KNOW that I am accomplishing somehting

| my favorite excersize is the elliptical machine and there is this ab machine though that i love because it dosent hurt my back like it does when i am on the floor

| Hmmm... that's a tough one! Well running.. preferably outside because it refreshes you and the scenary is great!!!! Also, you don't need any expensive machine to do it!

i love the elliptical machine. i can knock out 30 minutes, burn like 300 calories, and get my heart rate soaring. not to mention, i feel great afterwards and can hop on my 2nd fave machine, the treadclimber.

I am not an exercise person at all, but I'm working on my enthusiasm. Anyway, my favorite is probably the leg machine where you work the inner/outer thighs by squeezing/pushing. no clue what it is called. I think it called a leg extension, but I am not sure.

| my fav is whole body but right now i cant do upper body because i dislocated my shoulder and tore the tendents cartliage and the ligaments so... all i can to is lower body so i do squats running leg lifts and a ton of lower body workouts...but im always lookin for new exersices
