AZITA- I'm not familiar with what LegMagic is...is it like the old Thigh Master (you squeeze it between your thighs)? If so, then I'd recommend being careful. That's not a very natural movement for your legs and especially if it's hurting your knees, I'd stay away from it and be careful. Maybe even see your doctor if the pain doesn't subside after you stop using it.
Squats and lunges are probably the most effective and safest exercises for your lower body, and those don't require any equipment at all.

I guess you all know that new exercise machine. We bought it few weeks ago And I feel like it really works. But after a while of using it my knees hurt after every set. I mean, when I bend them after every set, it hurts. But It really works my inner thighs, but in other case, exercising shouldn't hurt so What should I do? Any ideas?
