VICTORIOUS- You're right about jumping rope--it IS awesome exercise. We have an article coming out tomorrow in the Weekly Spark email about jumping rope for fitness--you should check it out.

wow. I never thought of that :) thanks Well, I think dancing is a good one too. mostly hip hop. and belly dance. :P
But when I'm bored I play a disco music or some heavy metal and jump and move around like a crazy perosn ( mostly when I'm home alone lol) I get really sweaty and feel great after that haha

| I find that jumping rope is the best cardio workout, since it burns alot of calories and it increases endurance fairly quickly. And if I listen to music I can jump for almost twice as long as I can with no music. Does anyone else have any excersises that work well?
