| I take a shower, then exercise, and then read a bit of a book before going to bed. It helps me relax for some reason. (:

| I usually do it during recess, pe, and around 9:00 also. It dosn't matter what I time I personally think anyways

SWEETIE- There is no reason that you can't exercise late at night. There is no "best" time--I always say that the best time to work out is the time that YOU are most likely to do it and stick with it.
Exercising too close to bedtime (usually within 2-3 hours) may disrupt sleep for some people, but not for everyone. If it works for you, then there is nothing stopping you from making that your exercise time.

right during the day i do not really feel like doing exercise, but as soon as it is about 7-8 or sometimes 9 o clock then i really want to do it!! the only thing is that i have read that you should do any exercise 5-6 hours before going to bed because it distrups your sleep, can someone help
