STINE- I don't know, it could be anything--prior injury, current injury, just the alignment of your bones, etc. That's why you should see your doctor to rule out anything bad.

But what could it be from? Not exercising enough? (thats for the muscles and my hip)

STINE- Wow, you have lots of questions!
1- Hip popping. A lot of people have this, including me. But mostly it doesn't cause pain and it's not a big deal, just the movement of your bones at a joint popping sometimes. But since you have pain during it, I'd recommend that you see your doctor to have it evaluated and find out what types of moves are safe for you or not.
2- Stretch marks. Nothing will help them fade, as far as I know. Don't feel bad though as TONS of people have them. They usually result during periods of rapid growth where your skin doesn't stretch as fast as your body is growing. And they don't mean your big or overweight either--even thin people have them, and it's common in big body builders too since their skin stretches over their huge muscles. Sometimes though they'll fade naturally over time.
3- Pulled muscles. Again, see your doc about this to find out how to recover and limit any activities that may cause further harm. Most of the time part of this recovery involes a lot of resting from exercise.

ok, every time I do an exercise that involves stretching of the legs (like bicycle or dead bug (I have no idea what its really called, but thats what we called it in swim) my right (sometimes left or both) hip pops. and it REALLY hurts most of the time. Why is that? And what can I do to fix it?
Also, what do I do about stretch marks on my thighs? I've tried lotions and stuff, but they won't fade. And pulled muscles! What about those??? I pulled a muscle in my lower back and also my left calf. They both have really sharp pains (mostly the my back, though. Especially when I turn of shift a certain way).
