You bet it is! Jumping on a trampoline can be a great workout and you can do lots of things with them besides jumping, like jumping jacks, jogging in place, high knee runs and the like. There are even workout DVDs that you can use a mini trampoline with. It is also commonly called "rebounding."

All cardio helps burn fat.

I'm thinking of asking my parents for a exercise trampoline for xmas, I was wondering is it a cardio exercsie? I mean, is it going to help me lose fat? At the moment I do about 15 minutes jogging a day but I really hate doing it, but I loove bouncing on a trampoline. Does anyone know if it's better than running? Help please!
