BROWNIE is right about being consistent. But at the same time, don't weigh yourself too often. I'd recommend weighing in maybe once every couple of weeks so that you can notice a real trend (your weight will fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day usually).
Also, keep in mind that other measures are sometimes better ways to monitor your progress--how your clothes fit, how you feel, things like waist measurements, etc.

| what seems logical to me is weighting myself in the morning before i eat breakfast because then my stomach is empty, also u should always weight ur self at the same time of the day for best results.
