| hi, i have done 30 minutes of jogging and 15 crunches, 15 side leg raisers, 15 abdominal leg raisers, the 6 minute butt blasting work out. i should do some more really!!

| I went speed-walking for 45 minutes. It's a great way to clear your mind and exercise at the same time!
