TSL- With the host of medical problems that you have, it's impossible for our experts to give you exercise advice. I'm sorry that your doctor has not been more helpful to you, but you'll have to specifically ask your doctor about what types of exercise are safe for you--what intensiy, type, duration and frequency will help you but not hurt you. If your doctor cannot answer those questions for you, then ask him or her to refer you to a specialist who can--maybe a physical therapist, for example? I'd recommend writing down your specific questions so you don't forget to get all of them answered.
Hope that helps. Good luck to you!

well i will just list my medical problems first =/ (please don't be frightened...) seizures at night causing a messed up back, sore muscles, and fatigue throughout the day postural hypotension-fainting upon standing or standing for long periods of time asthma that requires a nebulizer treatment for exercise or if i'm sick. My doctors say i should try to exercise and that it would be good for me, BUT i don't know just what kind of exercise they expect me to do!
