Just to add on to my first post, the reason I want to exercise in the morning is because my schedule gets kinda hectic toward the end of the day and everybody in my household goes to sleep really early, so it's too noisy for me to use my treadmill past 9:00, which is when I'm usually in the mood to exercise.
Exercising in the morning also gives you an extra push for your entire day, and I REALLY need that. Plus, it keeps your metabolism up throughout the day and you no longer have to stress out about fitting in some exercise during the wee hours of the morning.
Ah, this makes me want to exercise in the morning even more!

I've always been interested in doing my exercise in the MORNING but I can never bring myself to get up early enough to get some good exercise in.
Does anybody have any tips for ways to motivate yourself so early in the morning? Any specific exercises that ease you into a more intense cardio workout? Give me some pointers, please!
