| hellogoodbye is one of the best for running. The tempo is really fast paced so thats all you concentrate on when you run. Its great!

| The best way to enjoy running or training is to spunk up ur ipod and crank some tunes speshly some good pop music.

| Some of my best running "fixes" are- Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park (a little bit of rap-type of stuff for you) Beck, Franz Ferdinand, and Audioslave, but the Ace, Number One, and I mean, the best running music is Rammstein(Heavy German-Industrial Rock); I do speedwork-runs and races to it. If it can't get me through 10K of hard running, nothing will. -Hope this helps!

I love all those bands too but when it comes to running, Im always listening to Justin Timberlake, No Dount, "The way I are" by Timbaland and "Gimme More" by Brittany Spears. They just keep me pumped up! Oh and you might wanna check out Powerspace too if you dont already know them!
