SAPPHIRE-
What you're encountering here is the flaw of weighing yourself. Sure, you weigh those amounts at those times, but is it your true weight? Nope.
I don't recommend that people weigh themselves. For one, it can be confusing (like you're experiencing) because your body's weight fluctuates CONSTANTLY--throughout the day based on eating, drinking and using the bathroom; throughout the month based on hormonal changes; and even based on how hydrated you are, how much you've sweated, what your clothes weigh and more. You shouldn't weigh yourself more than once a week. But even better, try to weigh yourself less, such as every other week or once a month. When you do, make sure it's at the same time of day and under the same conditions (for example, first thing in the morning before you've had anything to eat or drink). That will give you a more accurate number to compare future weights against.
Instead of focusing on the scale, you can use other measures to see how well you're doing, like how you FEEL or how your clothes fit. When using weight, just keep in mind that what you want to notice is an overall trend--like staying the same or going up or down, regardless of what the specific number is.
Hope that helps,
Coach Nicole
