I would say that 11 hours is way too much and is actually hurting your body more than helping.

i have a huge problem with exercising...sometimes im to lazy to do it...but when i do do it...i can not stop!!!! one day i woke up at about 10 and excersized constantly till 12...ate...and ate every two hours. but i was out there exercising till 11 at night, when my mom got mad, and made me stop....
but yah..that day i exercised that day for 11 hours...

S,
As long as you're eating enough (and getting lots of the healthy stuff), are feeling good and have enough energy, you should be okay. I think it becomes too much when you start to feel run down and aren't taking good care of yourself.

I probably exercise more than any of my friends combine. I run for cross country practice just about every morning with the exceptions of meet days and then I have volleyball practice after school in the afternoon or else I have games and then I even do crunches and planks before I go to bed. My question is is this too much for me and will it hurt me in the long run?
