If I were you, I'd take advantage of having such a small amount of body fat and start working towards some abs!
P.S. your ribcage will probably be less noticeable too because of it.

this board isnt really supposed to be for eating disorders.
btw this was aimed at lexi, not the threadmaker. who btw as long as you're eating healthy you should be fine, some people just naturally look skinnier than others.

food shouldnt be disgusting
i think of food as energy and thats it
its not meant to make me happy its just meant to fuel my body

well if u think your body is perfect then it is and u should be proud
a lot of my friends try to bring me down becuz im thinner than them but then again a lot of my friends are a lot skinnier
and i feel weird around them sometimes but my skinnier friends are more fun to hang around becuz they dont act so...idk...annoying about it
like right now i cant eat
i might be able to but thinking of food makes me feel sick and i kno im hungry but i dont want to eat and i feel like that will be a major problem later
Food seems so discusting right now and u should be lucky
if i were as thin as u right now i would be so happy!

and i think im perfect
but then i think of those anorexic girls who have a distorted body image. so then i wonder if maybe i am too thin just dont see it

I have really good friends who tell me im too skinny and i just try to ignore them
th eonly opinion u should take is your own and if u r happy then your friends should be too

i always tend to think im at a perfect weight then il lose two more pounds and then think im perfect and im afraid to gain it back. im not trying to lose the weight it just slides off me. so i keep on getting thinner and thinner
also when my friends tell me im too thin i usually binge and i feel awful after wards

im 5'5 and weigh 126 and trying to get down to 110
i will be healthy until i reach like 80 or so pounds
u can somewat see my rib cage but not completely but when i lose the weight it will b noticeable
but ill get over that
and u should too
if u feel good about yourself then keep yourself the way u r
if not then eat more or less of how u want to
and i kno how u feel about the whole friends wanting u to eat and being offended and watnot but yea its real annoying

Sam,
You're probably on the low end of the recommended weight range for your height. But as long as you're eating enough, exercising and feeling good, I would think you should be okay. You might find that putting on just a few pounds makes a difference and that your ribs aren't so noticable if you do that.

like my grandma tries to feed me double when i go to her house. and shes like do you want some cookie and ice cream?
and im like no
and shes like. megan its ok to eat.
and im like i dont want any and i do eat.
just not junk.
its annoying

i am the same way
all my friends get offended when i wont eat their junk food. there always like why are u still on a diet? just because i eat right doesnt mean im on a diet

i am the same. i lost alot of weight.
i now am 5'4 and about 115.i have a lot of muscle too though. and everyone always ask me how much weight have you lost? and like you need to eat more.
i eat enough a day i just eat healthy. like people dont seem to realize that i can eat healthy. they think to eat it has to be junk.

i lost about 40 pounds and im now considered skinny but my rib cage is noticable and u can see all my bones. its nasty. is this bad?
