Umm... I know how you feel about how some people can just eat anything and not gain anything. But hmm.. a vacation well if any hotel has a pool.. go to the deep end and try just treading water it helps me. And at restaurants some places in their menu they'll have a healthy selection part.. order something off their, eat half your meal and wait a while if your still hungry eat some more and keep doing that until your full. Also make sure to pack lots of water and healthy snacks to be fully nourished all the time.

im going on vacation to the mountains with one of my friend's family and im afraid ill do bad while im there. cz if it was my family i could exercise more and i wouldnt feel weird but they r all skinny and can eat anything and not gain a pound. ik we r gonna be goin out to eat like every night so i can try to not eat as much but im still thinkin ill get more calories then i usually would and less exercise. we r goin hikin one day which will be good but idk bout the otha days. any advice??
