Do you have a pool nearby? If not, just dance to some music in your room or go to the mall and walk around it a few times with friends, just window shopping.
Also, try some team sports if you can, or go to the nearest roller/ice rink with some friends and just have fun =]

| I'm trying to do cardio 3 - 4 times per week, but I hate to run. I sometimes bike, but we live near a busy street, so my dad doesn't really want me biking a lot. What other cardio do you suggest? Also, which type of cardio exercises burn the most calories?
