There's no way to target weight loss to a specific area of the body. Your body decides for itself where it wants to put weight on and where it wants to take it off, but regular cardio exercise will help with overall fat loss.

| lay on the floor or mat... put your hands under you butt and lift both you legs keeping the rest of your body down make sure your feet never touch the ground if you cant lift your legs cuz your tired try to hold your legs from touching the floor *never bend the knees* do 2 sets of 20 and increase by 3 each day :)

Okay so my problem that i want to resolve mostly is that i have belly fat in a section thats like under my bellybutton i guess you could call it, im guessing that would be lower abss? anybody have any exercises that can help me get rid of that?!
