If you're getting a side cramp right away, you're probably starting too fast. So I'd start slower with whatever activity you're doing and that should help. Maybe try walking instead of jogging right away, for example.
everytime i start to excersize i feel like i'm doing it completely wrong. when i do any kind of activity like running, jumping jacks, or dancing, i get a cramp in my side almost immediately. is that normal? also, when i do crunches and other stretches i always feel like i'm doing them wrong.
what excersizes do you guys do? i don't have ANY excersize equipment by the way.
