Since I incorporated more obliques work in my ab workout, it kinda helped getting the V-shape thing down. Cable crunches are effective and side pull from a raised pulley (arms locked, feet placed on the side, do a baseball bat swing with the pulley) and side bend with a heavy dumbel helped a lot. I'm not a fan of unweightened ab work.

Hate to break it to you, but there are no "quick" abs. Everybody says that this product can give you abs of steel, but there are no quick fixes.

I wanted a fast diet. Not going to happen. I got extremely unhealthy and sick earlier this year from it.

ha. I excercise HARD at least half an hour every day plus like 10 min. of intense abs four times a week and eat soo well, but I haven't lost ANY weight and NO abs whatsoever, much less a v-shape. And Im not even overweight, just need to drop like 5. But do a lot of reverse-crunch things and supermans.

A lot of it is genetics, and the other part is a very low % of body fat. It's not something a lot of people can acheive, so I'd just work on toning and strengthening your core as much as possible.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

How do you achieve these? Are there certain exercises you have to do, or is it basically your body's blueprint?
